Involvement in important things.
The only thing remaining is a good wage. The product is no longer the best. We will be sold again soon for more than we're worth. New owner will demand a return on his investment which is merely impossible. Brookfield doesn't care about people or product. Only profits.....
No longer a great place to work.
Pretty terrible. There may be great parts of the organization to work in, but I do not belong to one of them.
I really like my team at westinghouse and being able to work from home, have a 9/80 schedule, and purchase an extra week of vacation (4 weeks total) however the pay and benefits could be better.
