It's been extremely challenging but a wonderful place to learn, about the industry, about the distinct culture of the company, and about oneself. The company is growing and stretching and leaves teams in a perpetual chaotic state, so the ability to adapt and roll with the punches are important.

Like at many companies, your experience at Yotpo will be largely determined by your direct manager. Unfortunately, I reported to an individual that was completely unfit to manage people. This person was emotionally abusive to the point that I required a mental health leave to recover.
Sometimes the company acts like a lazy rich parent who would rather spend money on extravagant gifts rather than show employees appreciation in a meaningful way - praise from managers all the way to fair raises and promotion to leadership. Speaking of, the leadership is more Israeli male than ever.
