Pretty much all my coworkers make themselves available for projects and are generally all team players

being able to explore items that interest me and work independently or as a team as I choose

Ihave a free hand to work on my areas of interest even if they initially take some time to flesh out

They do offer venues for communication and often offer it out themselves. They can be upfront about even difficult topics like past revenue issues and lack of employee benefits

the 401 match is nice. Maybe grading on a bit of a curve since pretty much every company has it, but it was a nice boost when it happened
