While I am trying to keep this as constructive as possible, the lack of basic competency skills from some people who have been hired here is astounding. Even basic writing and grammar skills as an analyst are severely lacking. The company needs to better vet prospective employees.

Following through on the "values" they hold so dear. They can talk about it as much as they want, it doesn't mean it's been put into tangible action. Additionally, some individuals higher up are not held accountable to uphold those same values as the rest of us. It's disheartening.

Being belittled & gaslit from higher ups. Would feel better if I wasn't being paid 30k less than someone who does the same amount of work as, or less work than, me. The pay discrepancy is wild. I was also acting as a team lead & borderline manager for months with no equivalent pay or recognition.
