Every company has things that you don't agree with. Avetta has the least amount of those compared to all of my previous jobs. I enjoy the work that I do, and I see the value in it for our customers. Overall good experience working here.

Helping solidify a good relationship with our customers, and showing them how they can better utilize our system.

Most people that you interact with treat you as an equal, and are happy to help and answer questions.

I joined a new team recently. They are all really experienced in my new role, and are happy to help and answer questions when I reach out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is awesome. His approach is more hands off, giving me space to do my job. So long as I am getting my work done, he is really flexible with how I manage my time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was hired, there was a heavy focus around whether the interviewee would be a good fit for the respective team, and the company culture. It helped get people that actually cared about the work they were doing, and kept the environment friendly.
