Myntra is fast paced Indian company. It runs on college grads and senior software Engineers who runs day and night to push the requirements. The iteration rate of company is very high. There is very high expectations from senior software Engineers and technical leads. No work life balance.

I have worked successfully in Myntra customer service for 9 months.

What can this brand most improve?

Better and more contemporary designs in garments.need to improve on stitching.
