Horrible company. I honestly wonder how they find management sometimes.. buddies maybe? You may last max 2 years. If you don't like to socially drink them- your out. Lots of inappropriate language as well.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask better questions. I felt as if a toddler was interviewing me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire management that have managerial experience, education would help. Do more for your employee's. Make the onboarding more educational, have more open door policies and its okay if employees do not want to engage in outside of work social events.
