it has been great- a great learning and training ground
Exec team is all white men, which is a poor representation of the overall employee makeup AND also of who actually does the work at the mid and senior level.
I feel they can't get better at anything when the managers are being very rude and nasty to their team leads
We all work together to get things done.
Absolutely love everything about it
