Terrible job i hate it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

An actual pension and retirement plan for one, as a Process Tech, you are only matched TWO PERCENT on your 401k... coupled with $40.50/month pension, it's a complete joke on compensation. Disgraceful.

Worked for 32years, Management has said for years that they would make changes to their management team but never did.Poor management, and poor leadership.
