It has allowed me to reach a point where I am financially and emotionally stable. Coming out of college I was worried about job opportunities, but after looking into the company I was willing to give it a shot, and I did. I am glad that I did, as it has helped me greatly.

Mixed. I have had a problem with an overly critical middle manager who does not celebrate wins and/or takes all credit for wins while being dismissive of the staff that is behind these wins.
