Solving problems with my coworkers and having fun while doing it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is on the high end, and I would say that is true for most of my colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nice, helpful, kind people who seem always looking to help each other so that everyone can succeed together. Very collaborative and team oriented bunch!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's was very different. More like I had to do a presentation to the Company about a topic in my area of expertise before the interviews even started.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No egos; great teamwork; always helpful to each other; always happy to lend a helping hand to each other; populated with doers and not just managers/leaders; really care about the end goal, which is to help people with unmet medical needs and to improve their outcomes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here seem to think of the big picture and help each other out in unexpected ways. It's not a culture of "that's not my problem", it's more a culture of, hey I heard you are having some issues with _____, can I be of help.
