This company is full of smokes and mirrors. Leadership is not focused on delivering a high quality of service or properties. They only care about looking good but they only promote people who play the game even if they are incompetent. Stay away!

Bosses are fake and can retaliate against employees very easily. Environment of fear.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually track the success of employees and managers. Lots of managers in the company doing bad work and scape goating the members that report to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its less about the compensation and more about being more transparent and truly talking about performance and how to improve the work. There are so many bad leaders at the top trying to cover their tracks. Its unbelievable that such a large company lets such terrible management stay in place.
