The retail side of the business is growing so quickly that associates are having trouble keeping up. The team that I was on was responsible for so much that it was impossible to complete all tasks throughout the day. If one person was gone, the entire team suffered greatly. This indicates to me that the team sizes need to be increased proportionately with the retail locations.
