This company used to be awesome to work for. You were respected, listened to, and the benefits were pretty good. Since the new CEO took over its been pay cuts, the bonus was made obscenely hard to get and out of your control and staffing cut backs.
Challenging, sometimes tiring, but usually impressed with my colleagues, and often proud of what I'm making.
