I enjoy every moment working here at All Seasons. I have worked with the senior community in one form, or another for ten years now. All Seasons has proven to provide a wholesome community offering so many options to it's residents. I enjoy every moment doing anything I can to assist our residents

Our Leadership team comes together as a tight knit family with the same beliefs and focus for organization
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming here everyday to help bring new residents in, viewing our residents as family, and providing care and friendship to all our residents

We all come from many backgrounds and different personalities, but yet we all get along like a family here, I enjoy coming to work everyday with my co-workers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy feeling like part of a team here, I believe our original team that has been here since day 1 all have the same focus and outlook for our organization
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken on many roles here, a person of many hats. I am not sure if many realize how much I have invested into this company. Need more feedback and acknowledgement.
