Loved my coworkers, they became my best friends. I was stressed out every day and only stayed because of my pay. I was treated like a 2nd rate citizen by management, never given the opportunity to move up. They treated me like a child.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only the representatives. We weren't even allowed to speak with anyone outside of our area. It's unheard of outside of Biskland, that a representative can't speak to an instructional designer or marketing rep.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
STOP MICROMANAGING! Stop promoting those without interviewing all candidates. Stop treating people like trash, customers and employees. The company runs because of the representatives who love their jobs. And it isn't management they love, it's the students.
