There were multiple interviews and I got to ask questions.
Helping people solve problems, being as positive as I can, developing relationships with co workers, and knowing I have 1 person in my corner.
I love that the individuals I work with do their best everyday. They try to do what is right and care about their jobs and this company. I respect the people I deal with directly because they take responsibility and pride in their jobs.
We need all the older leadership to move out. The mentality didn't change after 2015. All the same folks are there. The people's who's jobs were on the line, lost, or laid off are doing the best job they can. Many that have the cushy jobs have completely forgotten.
Caring about employees. The turn over is high and they are more worried about hiring more warm bodies than taking care of the people that are there and the employees that have been there long term. The benefits are sub par overall. Health insurance is paid by company but it is below 2021 standards.
We are trained for our positions and when we want to follow the rules we have on paper we get overruled to do what the rules state. That will make anyone feel useless in their job. The Christmas bonus is just pay that you are shorted throughout the year. People have to work multiple jobs to make it.
