Awesome people. Everyone works hard and is motivated to help each other. People have a good sense of humor and are fun to be around
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the Wonderlic and Case study processes. I think it provides awesome insights on prospective employees, and it's part of the reason that Blue Raven has such smart people working here. Plus, it was kind of fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the communication, the openness about employee feedback in the corporate check-ins, I love the high expectations and the agility, I love the trust that I am given and the support I get to do my job and help my team succeed.
