What is the best part about your compensation package?

Although we do not yet have annual cash performance incentives, I believe my salary and stock are fair relative to the start-up market.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People are brilliant, thoughtful, open and highly collaborative. Its absolutely a group where the saying "a rising tide floats all boats" is felt.
