Getting to be myself and being creative with my team
Managers and ASMs are miserable and make the employee miserable. Everybody quits because its a miserable place to work. The higher ups are completely incompetent. Im looking for a job elsewhere
Our regular customers coming in and treating us like family/friends and my store team just being the best.
My coworkers and customers. I also enjoy making and customizing products.
