Overall experience was great up intul the last 6 years of my employment. The mangement changed and so did the moral and committment of thoer employees. Uou are now a number longevity dont mean a thing. I dont recommend anyinr going to wrk in yhe office management or higer areaa of that company

Trim all the extra FAT in the company... too many chiefs

Get rid of the directors thats in accounting they have the worst leadship skills ive ever seen

If they based your salary on dedication, loyal, experience rather than if you are popular or not ..

Communication, vision, empowerment, teamwork, all the leadership skills that is important to maintain hard working good people and have it where they want to stay and wrk there

Be psoitive more ooen minded nit eveyone needs a degree to do the jon however pay the ones who dont have a degree the same salary as if they did have one if they are doing a great jon
