Mr. Stacey W. Goff has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of CenturyLink, Inc., (formerly, CenturyTel Inc.) since November 1, 2014 and July 1, 2009 respectively and its General Counsel and Secretary since August 2003. Mr. Goff serves as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Qwest Corp. Mr. Goff has been an Executive Vice President and Director of CenturyLink Technology Solutions since July 15, 2011. Mr. Goff served as a Senior Vice President of CenturyLink, Inc. from August 2003 to 2009. Mr. Goff served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Qwest Communications International Inc. He joined CenturyLink's legal department in 1998 and has held various positions including Vice President and assistant general counsel. He served as Senior Vice President of CenturyLink, Inc., since August 2003. He has worked on a wide range of issues for CenturyLink, Inc., including the negotiation and closing of numerous acquisitions and dispositions it has undertaken in the past several years. He serves as a Director of Qwest Corp. and Qwest Communications International Inc. Mr. Goff holds Bachelor's Degree/Business - Mississippi State University/Starkville, Mississippi and Juris Doctorate/Magna Cum Laude - University of Mississippi/Oxford, Mississippi.

Dean J. Douglas had served as President, Enterprise Markets of CenturyLink, Inc. from January 2017 to November 2017; President, Sales and Marketing from February 2016 to January 2017; served as Chief Executive Officer at Unify GmbH & Co. KG from January 2014 to January 2016; served in senior leadership positions at Westcon Group, Inc. including President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2009 to January 2014 and Chief Operating Officer from June 2008 to March 2009; served as President and Chief Executive Officer at LCC International, Inc. from October 2005 to June 2008; prior to then held leadership roles throughout his career at IBM Global Services, Motorola, Inc. and Newleaf Entertainment.

Mr. Todd C. Schafer has been Senior Vice President of Business Service Delivery and Operations at CenturyLink, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Schafer served as President of Eastern Region at CenturyLink from April 2011 to December 2012 and its President of Mid Atlantic Region from July 2009 to March 2011. He served as Region Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Region of Centurytel, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Schafer served as General Manager, Appleton Market at Centurytel since 2001. He was responsible for the overall management of the newly formed Mid-Atlantic Region of the combined companies of CenturyTel and EMBARQ. From 2004 to 2009, he served as Region Vice President for the Southern Region of CenturyTel. Mr. Schafer's areas of responsibilities include Region Operations, Network Performance, Project Management, Video and CATV Services, New Product Deployment, Revenue and Expense Budgets and Sales. During his tenure at CenturyTel, he has led wireless and wireline operations for the eastern half of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. In 2003 he led the Triple Play Video Team in developing a business case and the initial direction for IPTV and DISH. Mr. Schafer led the integration of five purchased independent telephone companies into Frontier's operating model. He serves as a Director of The North Carolina Technology Association Inc. He holds Bachelor's Degree/Accounting, Business Administration-Finance ' University of Wisconsin/Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Mr. David D. Cole serves as the Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations Support and Controller at Qwest Communications International Inc. Mr. Cole serves as Controller, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Qwest Corp., and served as its Senior Vice President. He has been Senior Vice President of Operations Support and Controller at CenturyLink Technology Solutions (SAVVIS, Inc.) since July 15, 2011. He has been Executive Vice President of Operations Support at CenturyLink, Inc. since May 2013 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Cole is responsible for CenturyTel's accounting, end-user and carrier billing, revenue assurance and financial planning. During his tenure at CenturyTel, his responsibilities have included overseeing the entire wireless operations including finance, sales, marketing, regional operations, engineering and partnership relations; customer billing; negotiating intercarrier roamer agreements; directing all human resources activities; directing and coordinating acquisitions; directing all financial and accounting activities for CenturyTel's wireless operations; and directing CenturyTel's regulatory affairs. He has been Controller of CenturyLink Inc. since April 1, 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations Support at CenturyLink, Inc. from 1999 to April 2011. Mr. Cole served as Vice-President of Century Cellunet Of Southern Michigan Inc. Mr. Cole served as a Director of Regulatory Affairs of Centurytel Inc. since 1982, Director of Corporate Planning since 1987, Vice President and Controller since 1989, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Wireless Group since 1990 and President of Wireless Group from October 1996 to October 1998. He serves as a Director of Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. He served as a Board of Directors/Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA). Mr. Cole holds Bachelor's Degree/Accounting - University of Louisiana at Monroe/Monroe, Louisiana and Master's Degree Business Administration - University of Louisiana at Monroe, Louisiana.

Mr. Edward Morche, also known as Ed, serves as President of Strategic Enterprise & Government Markets at CenturyLink, Inc. and served as its President - Strategic Enterprise, Federal Government & State Government since June 2017. Mr. Morche served as President of Sales at Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. from May 10, 2017 to June 22, 2017. Mr. Morche have oversight of Zayo's entire sales organization. Prior to joining Zayo, HE served as Group Vice President of Sales at Level 3 Communications where he was responsible for sales, sales engineering, business operations, commercial services and metro market expansion for the company's largest business unit - North America's Enterprise and Government customers. During his 16-year tenure at Level 3, he held senior roles in Product Management, Business Development, Offer Management and Sales. Before joining Level 3 in 2001, he held roles in Operations, Carrier Relations and Network Planning at Sprint, Teleglobe and Igaea. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Hospital Center and is the former co-chair of their philanthropic organization. He received undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architecture from the School of Engineering at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Erich Sanchack is Executive Vice President of Operations at Digital Realty Trust Inc since January 25, 2018. Mr. Sanchack served as Senior Vice President of IT Solutions & New Market Development at CenturyLink, Inc until January 17, 2018 and served as its Senior Vice President of Federal Sales since November 1, 2016. Mr. Sanchack served as Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit and Corporate Officer at Lockheed Martin Corporation since March 1, 2012. Mr. Sanchack joined Lockheed Martin in 2004 as a systems engineering manager. Prior to this position, he held program management positions with the Corporation's Engineering & Technology function and Information Systems & Global Solutions business. He was a U.S. Marine Corps finance officer, he started his private sector career with Tetra Pak Inc. in Denton, Texas. He is a member of the board of directors for the American Heart Association for Greater Washington Region, serves on the advisory council for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and serves on the Armed Services Council for the Union League of Philadelphia.

Gaurav Chand served as the global senior vice president, marketing ' infrastructure solutions group for Dell EMC ('Dell'). He has worked for Dell since 2000, serving in a variety of managerial and executive capacities focused primarily on enterprise marketing, including brand and digital transformation. He earned his bachelor of science degree in computer science from Fergusson College in Pune, India and a master of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Mr. Kevin McCarter has been President of The Central Region at CenturyLink, Inc. since March 7, 2013 and served as its Vice President and General Manager. In this new role, Mr. McCarter have responsibility for the CenturyLink's operational, financial, and customer experience performance throughout the region. As the region's highest-ranking executive, he oversee a wide range of employees, including six market-level vice President and general managers. He joined United Telephone Company of Florida in February 1988 as a management trainee and has held positions of increasing responsibility at Sprint, Embarq and CenturyLink. His career has included leadership roles in network engineering, customer service, and field operations. Mr. McCarter has been responsible for all aspects of operations and retail sales for central and eastern North Carolina, including product and service installation and repair, sales and service, retail operations, marketing and public affairs. He was also responsible for managing the successful launch of CenturyLink Prism TV in the North Carolina market. Mr. McCarter received his degree in business management with an emphasis in information systems management from Florida State University.
