They will listen to any ideas you have good or bad and will provide constructive feedback, they have the experience and knowledge to guide new people and are whole-heartedly excellent people to work for as they all have great personalities

Everyone helps each other without expecting anything in return, there's no office politics or back stabbing to climb the ranks, and I can actually trust everyone in the team and can work 1 on 1 with anyone and have no issues
