Work as per strategies discussed and achieve the goal within the deadline set. All team members are open to suggestions and give their opinion that yields better results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very friendly environment. The company has a Fun committee that organizes all sorts of fun activities, weekly/monthly corporate games, birthday cake celebration. The company also organizes team outing once in a year where we celebrate our annual function.
What makes you most happy at work?
The supportive and understanding seniors. We are free to give our own oppinion about the new strategies and its come into action when everyone agrees to it. It's all about working together as a team towards achieving a single goal which is making the client happy.
