There has been growth but its been like pulling teeth. The failed merger between SMS and Curvature which the company dropped the SMS and kept Curvature has led to financial issues and layoffs and now we are purchased by Park Place.

Diversity, personable, fun, and engaging
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Old school way of running business and not willing to engage with employees for advise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes we are undervalued as many at Curvature have 20 plus years of experience however, individuals that should be promoted to leadership mostly like are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The problem is we have no culture. If you know someone you move up and if you don't you are stuck. There is a lot of talk of willingness to listen but at the end "they" know best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with fabulous customers. I really enjoy that aspect of my job. The issue is the company acts like a 35 year old startup always waiting for issues to arise rather than being proactive with processes and procedures.
