We’re also committed to enhancing our community. In 2013, we received a Communitas Award for leadership in community service for our work on the Film Experience – the Summer Camp we put on each year in partnership with Starting Arts in Santa Clara. Inspiring the next generation of filmmakers is one of our missions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Dawnrunner is wonderful. We all collectively feel, and know, that the leadership has our best interests in mind first and foremost. They have quite naturally created a family-like environment full of people who care for one another and endeavor to make the workplace effective.

Transparency and the diligence of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is goal oriented without losing sight of your peers. While working within a highly specialized field, the entire team has incredible respect for those around them. This is not the usual within a specialists environment. It's so wonderful to be respected and appreciated for your efforts.
