At first it felt great because of the change from my previous work. Soon I just realized it was just a lot of sparkles to hide a law firm where the only that matters is how much you cost and how much you bring in

Compensation is very unfair, hours are long, HR is almost nonexistent and reports about inappropriate conduct are ignored.
