My overall experience has been great working with the company for over 12+ years. I like the management and the environment. I have grown in the company and feel that my hard work was well recognized.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The salary compensation and health benefits. Lot of educators here suffering from loans because of low salary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is a new day where I can share or impart knowledge through teaching and facilitating learning to my learners.
What do you like best about your company?
My company is supportive to our needs and always keeping us with high moral value. They always asked me about what happened every end of the day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive team and they always saying about myself that I am amazing because I do always lend my hand to them whenever they need my help. They are precious to me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really helpful to show to them that I am capable to the job I am applying for. Though the process seem to be tedious but in the end of the selection paid off.
