I have been working for this company since July 2021. I have been doing this work for over 25 years. I never worked with the most laziest people ever! They literally sit down 3-4 hour a day, and don't do the job they were hired to do! I have reported to my area manager, he does nothing about it!!!!!

They need to do their job they were hired to do! Find new people to work!

Co workers do not do their job they were hired to do! Get people who will do their jobs!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I moved to Arizona, to take care of my Aunt, and realized the work I been doing for 25 years, making 35.00$ hr. Getting 13.00hr. I put pride in my work. And told by people how much they appreciate what I do for them!
