I truly regret joining this company, but in this economy I feel stuck.I am well compensated, but I feel like I've lost my family and my joy in the process. It's nice to have parties, lunch, and t shirts, but it doesn't replace the fact that I work 60+ hours a week.

I've had a generally positive experience thus far. My only real complaint is that CX/delivery team hiring hasn't kept pace with customer demand and has been pretty reactive.
