The yearly bonus and merit increases are great. We also get birthday bonuses, holiday bonuses, etc.

Its very casual - people like to catch up, talk around the kitchen, happy hours, department bonding, and the dogs are impossible to beat

Meeting my future coworkers. The company and benefits seem great but when I met the people it only got better. It was comfortable and genuinely welcoming.
