The year I have been at the company its been really good. I do like the changes that are happening to the company itself.

That we all come from different place and we expect one another and make sure we don't cross boundaries

They are very vocal when come to a problem and seeing how to conduct behavior. They do give us pointers and make sure we get stronger along the way.

I like that the supervisor are able to be at reach and as well they will provided the help when needed. They would stop what they are doing and be able to Assist you.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
When come to New behavior therapist, they don't understand about food not give the client. Especially the new once and they don't like to hear from the other coworkers. So maybe when they are being trained telling them the food just for us coworkers.
