I like the company as I've stated before. Not a bad place to work. the people are nice but I want more money for the amount of work that we do there.

they care considerate and supportive. We work well together and customer service is of high importance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most things. I like the people but the pay could be much better for the amount of work that we do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that I was able to ask questions along with the interviewer and I was given the respect to understand the company culture and how management operates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are very considerate and help the staff to reach its full potential by offering professional development opportunities. It is really a good place to work and the people there are extremely nice and supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay is always good but overall the company is a good place to work. If they can bring the salary and benefits up then then people would stay much longer because the place overall is not a bad working environment
