Working at Genpact has been quite a journey for me: I started 8 years ago on an AR process, and after 2 years I switched to marketing. That was the best decision! Marketing department is more suitable for my skills and career goals, and I have to thank my managers who believed in me for where I am.

My team is the best because we help each other in our day-to-day work, we share best practices and discuss about pain points and try to pass them toghether.

The most positive thing about the cutural environment at our company is the fact that I have colleagues from all over the world and I can learn about different cultures and understand the way my colleagues work.
