I think this job really got my life on track and I would really love to stay here as long as possible but because my case was open when I was not at work because I was walked out today because of my points I need to just walk away and find out why I was walked out
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think team leader ship is very important and is doing very well here and I thought I could really show for what I can provide but I cannot
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think if we all want to get at least 7 to 8 jobs done we could push each other to get it as a team if not we have the skills to push each other to work with each other to finish out as a whole
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I could be at work and be myself without wearing my production leader side Because I also work a second job because I don't make enough with this one and I work at McDonald's as a production Just so I can pay my bills worries free
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Was that I know that I make less than everyone around me but did not care because of my points and didn't want to move up until I was ready and I know I was never going to miss a day until further notice I told the foreman Tuesday, April 4 I would not be there before starting my shift
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how I fell asleep once they told me if I keep doing it I won't have a job here so since then I've been trying my best to make it on time every day if not I'll put it into the computer if Kronos is up but have not needed to put in because Kronos is now back up and I have no worries of clocking
