I was recruited from a colleague I met at Kronos Works. I left a long term career and took a chance to join HyBridge as a Sr Consultant. I love being part of a great team plus having autonomy and not being micromanaged.

I like that it is a small group that seems very close, down to earth and approachable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I am salaried so if there is a lull in a project, I still have a paycheck. I also like the responsible time off policy.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest is feeling like I make a positive difference whether it be from making a client happy by improving their workflows or by working on internal improvements or learning something new.
