I came in only knowing one side of the technology we support. Now 3yrs later, I think that I could do pretty much any work assigned to me based on how I was trained and the mentors that I have had. . I haven't really seriously looked at other jobs because of the positive experience here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how transparent everything is. I also like the fact that numbers of contracts and things of that such aren't kept secret. Any questions that I have, has always been answered.
What makes you most happy at work?
Up until a few months ago, I would enjoy logging in and not really knowing what to expect for the day. Could get a bunch of standard tickets or get some projects thrown in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently, I like the 401k matching package and I currently don't take the medical/dental benefits, so I enjoy the extra money per month. The money received for phone and internet is good, but unfortunately with rising costs, the payments don't cover half of what they actually cost.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that I can go to them about anything and I know they will help out anyway that they can. I also like that everyone knows what they need to do and will reach out if they think me or someone else on the team needs help.
