I have been fortunate to be able to work on very new and very different opportunities throughout my career at HyBridge. Consulting is not always for the faint of heart and imposter syndrome can rear it's ugly head, but I have put a lot of work into myself to ensure that I am at my best every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've been on my wife's benefits for most of my time at HyBridge, but I do appreciate the stipend HyBridge provides when you do not use their benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
Whenever I am on a call to troubleshoot or investigate an issue with my team, we always work so well together and get the job done the right way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ability to quickly provide expert and pragmatic direction on any particular situation that they are presented with. They always consider the best intentioned for the customer, the employee and the vendor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know that I can reach out to leadership and my peers on practically any issue for help or assistance without trepidation. We have amazing people from various backgrounds with unique skillsets that put it all together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have great experiences across the entire technical and functional teams that I am engaged with. I love the culture that we have built and HyBridge has done an amazing job hiring individuals not only for their expertise but their fit into our culture as well.
