I've had a great experience. The whole company is friendly and welcoming. They all offer a helping hand and guidance whenever needed. I don't feel nervous about reaching out to anyone. I love the comfort that provides me.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being on salary itself is a blessing. As well as the RTO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always reaching out to check on me and my progress. They always leave an open door option for me to reach out as well. I feel confident that I will get the direction I need if and when encountering a problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that all the team members are willing to assist me. They always reach out when a new ticket comes in and offers me the opportunity to shadow. It's great for my growing knowledge and understanding of what's required from me.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility I have. At times when I get a bit burnt out on training I have the option to step away and collect myself before continuing. I love that it's self paced and also enjoy the fact I can revisit any portion of the training at a later time.
