Being able to use my knowledge to help companies grow and being able to witness as well is what makes me most happy at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The premium pay structure is great. Its attainable each quarter but isn't required. I think its a great system for those who want to take advantage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Individuality, we are adults and treated as such. We are given work expected to get it done and are able to work on it without being babysat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their engagement with the company. They make it a point to connect with us each quarter and go over everything that is happening. I have been at companies where you don't see the leadership team at all during the year. I believe that is what separates good from bad companies.
