What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've worked in many agencies in my career and the negative sentiments in those places are very toxic. Hylink is different, no red tapes, honest conversations, no politics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and the entire company are made up of young enthusiastic talents. Working together with them not only generates great work for clients but also just simply a lot of fun!
What makes you most happy at work?
There are so many aspects about my job and my office that makes me happy. I contributed to the buildout of our company and each day seeing the work being appreciated by our clients is beyond rewarding. We also get to bring our furry friends to the office which is wonderful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with our founder and CEO Su Tong directly and that experience was very memorable. He focused on finding out more about the type of person I am rather than my hard skills as he believes finding the right people is the key to success. Hylink creates roles for talents.
