I really appreciate the culture at Inspirant Group. There's tremendous transparency and I am just as comfortable communicating with the CEO as I am with a peer. People are excited about their work here and really take ownership of it. They're working but having fun, too

I like their accessibility. It's a pretty flat organization and that makes it easier to communicate, share ideas and innovate.

The team is incredibly collaborative. We're definitely a group of passionate individuals and enjoy the work we're doing, even when it's intense.

What makes me happy at work is liking what I do, feeling a sense of accomplishment, getting positive client feedback and liking my peers and colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's a lot of flexibility, so if I need to step away and handle a personal task or take time off, there's no added pressure. I feel as if my managers trust me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's so much positive energy at Inspirant Group. We're constantly creating solutions for our clients. Even the discovery process - uncovering what the root causes of client challenges are- can be energizing. I feel a lot of encouragement and support from my co workers as well as the senior team
