Lots of opportunity for growth with a new company but immediately upon starting I realized there are some very old fashioned practices and a SERIOUS lack of women on the side of technology leadership. Contractors are outcasts and do not participate in FTE functions. Feel very old school.

Cliques, toxic and back stabbing among coworkers and management. Compensation went from golden handcuffs , to plastic handcuffs .
