My overall experience at Ionic has been absolutely wonderful. This is the longest I've stayed at a company post-grad because the atmosphere and flexibility is too good to ever even consider leaving. The people I work with are intelligent, creative, and inspiring and keep me motivated.

Unlimited PTO, which I am disappointed will be going away now that we are becoming more corporate.

-I don't have to worry about no one stepping up to cover for me when I take time off -They're interesting and intelligent people who are fun to talk to -They are creative and work hard
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very conscious of exceeding others' bandwidth when assigning work or asking for help with a task. Everyone is very conscious of everyone's mental health and encourages each other to take the time off we need for our personal lives.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have guided a customer successfully through their customer journey to Optimization & Expansion and we've launched their application and have been able to put out a case study on their success. When I receive praise for my personal metrics such as GDR/NDR with a raise or verbal praise.
