Mission-driven company, a people-first culture and never ending set of challenges to solve.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The company sets unrealistic goal expectations and doesn't treat every employee equally. The pay is very low for the amount of work that's required. Recently a small raise was given however overall Justworks pay doesn't equate to the amount of work required.
