people really respect work life balance but at times it can affect the quality of the work

both a positive and a negative. the office tends to empty around 6:30 every day. people don't often take their work home with them unless there's a pressing deadline. many deadlines are pretty generous
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have the recruiter do meaningful screener calls that actually describe the role. It seems like she is in a rush. She didn't have enough information about the agency, what they do, or who I would be working with.
