Mediocre. The work environment was terrible and we were not allowed to go out of our way to actually help the students. We had to stick to the Kumon curriculum which does not go well with the work the students do in public school. The work they get here is too basic and simple and not challenging.

No benefits or health care. Strictly minimum wage for people who work teaching children and tutoring children,

Don't hire teenagers who do not know how to work with students and have no experience with teaching children.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work given to the children is terrible and outdated and does not correspond with what they are learning in school. The work they do here does not help with the real troubles they are having in school.
