I would like to say thanks to some of senior employees. They are very friendly and helped me a lot in Knowledge transfer. Basically, am a shy guy. I feel very nervous when i am talking to other employees. So, One can assume how that will be for me in a new company. But i feel safe and comfortable
What makes you most happy at work?
Figuring out... But feeling Safe. Maybe because of the environment in the company or maybe because of team members behavior or both
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Coming to my manager, he is guiding us very well. Our CEO sir, he is interacting with us in some meetings like he is also some normal employee in the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know what to say about this... we have scrum meetings in Morning and evening. Plan and progress meetings i would say about that and also Fun Friday meetings on Friday. their jokes and games.. it's funny and cool
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our's is DB Team, It's 4 months completed for me in this company. so far, everyone in the DB team helped me in some way or other related to work. I think I Disturbed my mentor very often with same mistakes and same doubts. But he always helped me in clearing my doubts. Thank you so much BRO
