Provide clear expectations of deliverables to your customer along with transparent answers. I've repeatedly had to ask for transparency in the progress of my home as I've experienced multiple delays. The Mattamy team has been cooperative in providing information. I'm NOT happy with this service.

Concern and effort put into addressing the customers concerns with structural integrity of the homes they are building.

Expectations are not managed at the sales level

The incentives they offer for good work

Honor their commitment to excellence. There is an issue that was concealed by construction contractors that they are trying to distance themselves from since it's outside the warranty period. Fraud is not protected by warranty timing.
