Working for Maven Writers has been generally a worthy experience. I have learnt a lot about how to make strides in business through focus on the end clients' needs as the first priority. I have also gained lots of managerial knowledge, even though I'm still lower in the hierarchy.

The probation period for new entrants is longer than for other firms operating in the same business.

I was made aware of what every stage of the interview process would be examining and how to prepare for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are common interests in the direction we all want to see the organization headed. We also have commitment to be in this for the long haul.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The format of administration is well structured. There is clarity in duties, responsibilities, and executive power. The lower level admins, however, overstep their mandate in administering authority. That has been my experience.
